Antique Victorian glass pedestal cake stand. The Cut Log pattern was made by Bryce, Higbee & Co., circa 1896..  
 
Size:  8 7/8" diameter inside rim; 9 1/2" diameter outside rim; 5 3/4 to 6 1/4" high  

Condition:   cake stand is very, very crooked - see pics; small flake edge of foot  

Original Manufacturers Flaws:  annealing marks and bubbles
