Unusual antique toothpick holder or shot glass or maybe a dosing cup. The text on the toothpick reads ORIGINAL WURM MAGENDOCTOR. Tried researching this but didn't come up with much. I did, however, see this piece listed somewhere as a schnappes glass, circa 1900. A fun advertising piece or an unusual addition to a shot glass or toothpick holder collection.  

Size:  1 1/4" diameter; 2 1/4" high

Condition:  large flake/chip on bottom edge below left hand; rub mark on right hand

Original Manufacturers Flaws:  lots of tiny bubbles
