Festoon Antique Glass Pedestal Cake Stand
This very elegant high standard pedestal cake plate was manufactured by Portland Glass Co, circa 1880's.
- Size: top 9 5/8" diameter inside rim; 10" diameter outside edge of rim; 6 1/4" high
- Condition: looks great but on closer scutiny there is roughness from multiple tiny chips on outside top edge; inside top edge has several tiny flakes and tiny chips
- Original Manufacturers Flaws: overfill on top edge; beads on top edge are different heights
